Enable Voice Calling In Idea Netsetter

By Default Idea Netsetter Application Doesn't Support voice calling,because the SIM card you have inserted in modem also not support voice calling service, voice calling service is blocked by operator.
     The solution is to use other SIM card that support voice calling,but one problem still can occur, that is the modem will be get locked after changing SIM card.So, solution to locked modem is unlocking it to any network for procedure you must refer my previous post about unlocking Huawai modem permanently [LINK TO POST] else if you have already unlocked modem keep going..

after unlocking modem follow the steps given below..

                    1.  Download following self extractor file.. [Download config.exe]

                          

                    2. Close Your Idea Netsetter Software.

                   3. Right Click-> Run As Administrator..

                   4. Click Unzip

                  5. Run Your Idea Netsetter S/W       
                                                

    

                  6. Finish.

                                 Finally, Call option Will be there in menu bar. ..

Unlock Huawei E1550 - Idea Netsetter

Huawei E1550 - Idea Netsetter is particularly locked to the idea network, if we try to use another operators SIM card in it ,the modem becomes locked so we cant use any SIM card even a idea itself after it is locked. we need to go nearest service center to unlock it...

follow the following steps..

1]  Requirements.

• IMEI Number [Search On Device]
• Unlocking Tools.
• Modem Firm Ware.

Download Huawei Firmware and Unlocking Tool from here: [Download] ..

Huawei E1550 3G Idea Net Setter.

2]  After downloading of Huawei E1550 Unlock Tool.zip file unzip it's content you will find 4 files:

1) E155XUpdate_11.608.13.02.00.B418.exe
2) HUAWEI MODEM Code Writer.exe
3) Huawei Unlocker.exe

3]  Run  Huawei Unlocker.exe

Unlock Code Generator.

Copy Flash[Firmware Unlock] and Nck [Network Unlock] code somewhere or keep it running...

4]

• Double click the E155XUpdate_11.608.13.02.00.B418.exe

• Enter your 8 digit flash code

     follow further on screen instruction and complete setup....

now your Netsetter is  unlocked to firmware, to unlock network please continue to step 5...

5]

                   1. Remove the SIM card and connect the USB Modem to the PC

                   2. Run the HUAWEI_MODEM_Code_Write

                   3. click - Please Select Com Port

                   4. click detect and slect your modem from list then click accept

                   5. click Unlock Modem and enter your 8 digit unlock code

                   6. click OK.....  

Congratulations !! your Idea Net Setter is now unlocked to any network...

LG RD6600 SOLUTION

LG RD 6600 is a very good looking solid reliance handset in which only reliance sim is use in it, but after unlocking, all cdma ruim can work in it. It is a colored handset with fm and good features and processing. For its unlocking a lg downloader tool is required in which first of all we have to set the com port no. 1 or 2 as you have your interface serial or usb rj45, after that we have to select unlock bin file in binary file path, and then its scr file in script file path, and then select any prl file in prl file path and select its .dll file in dll file path, and off the option cs debugging and then just press the button upgrade after attaching the on handset.
You can also use serial db9 cable of lg 2230 as its have same pinouts and jeck is also same as of lg3000 and when upgradation will complete set will reboot 2 times one after bin file writing and one after scr file write and your handset will be unlocked accessing all cdma handsets. A one problem also comes sometimes after unlock , it asks for sid/nid unlocker for its security code, then just use huawei esia pst tool to unlock lg 6600 security sid nid lock.
